My dad was the cleverest man I’ll ever know, so when people tell me how fun the charity’s name is, I have to give credit where it’s due. He and my mother made each birthday more memorable than the last, and the cake was always the highlight of my day, where in those moments I felt peace knowing people cared. He would give until he had nothing left, then give some more. He was so proud of our Sprinkle Squad and the support we’ve received, and I hope I can continue to keep him proud in his place among the stars.
